FAYRELL FURR, JR: Furr and Henshaw has been doing personal injury cases since 1973. We have two fully staffed offices. One in Columbia and one in Myrtle Beach. We do mainly medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, but we also do a fair amount of products liability work.

FAYRELL FURR, JR: But we're very careful about making sure we don't file frivolous lawsuits. That's something we're very proud of. We always conduct a very thorough examination. We have two nurses that help us review cases.
Before we ever file a lawsuit, we have an affidavit from a doctor in the special that we're suing who tells us he's reviewed the records and that what he has seen in the records leads him to believe that the doctor that we're suing or the hospital we're suing fell blow the standard care. We don't file a lawsuit without that affidavit.
