Our History

Founded by O. Fayrell Furr, Jr., in 1979 in Columbia, South Carolina, the firm's name was changed to Law Offices of Furr and Henshaw, P.A. in 1990 and in 2001, the name changed again to include the addition of a new partner—today, we are known statewide as Furr, Henshaw & Ohanesian, Attorneys at Law.

A Commitment to Excellence

In an effort to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of legal representation, the firm encourages continuing professional development and participates in continuing legal education seminars and activities. This commitment has not gone unnoticed. Members of our firm have served as president of the Trial Lawyers Association of South Carolina after being elected by our peers in the legal community.

All of our partners have been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, and as a firm, we are listed in the medical malpractice, personal injury and civil trial practice sections of the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
